Keynote Speaker
We are pleased to present Howard Hogan of the Census Bureau as the keynote speaker for this year's SAPOR conference.
The keynote address will be held Thursday evening dinner on October 7th.

Howard Hogan, Ph.D., U.S. Census Bureau
Dr. Hogan, Associate Director for Demographic Programs at the US Census Bureau, has over thirty years experience in the design, management and analysis of surveys, including both household and business surveys. He is also Adjunct Professor in the Program in Survey Design and Data Analysis, Department of Statistics, George Washington University. He graduated from Pomona College. He holds a Ph.D. in demography from Princeton University and an MPA from Princeton’s Woodrow Wilson School. He is a Fellow of the American Statistical Association.
