Mansour Fahimi, Ph.D., Vice President of Statistical Research Services, Marketing Systems Group
With 20 years of experience in applied statistics and survey research methodology, Dr. Mansour Fahimi is the Vice President of Statistical Research Services at Marketing Systems Group. Mansour has a broad background in survey and market research and has worked on design and administration of complex surveys, as well as post survey procedures including nonresponse bias analysis, imputation of missing data, computation of survey weights, and estimation of sampling errors. Relying on nonlinear programming techniques, Mansour has developed innovative methods for controlled selection and minimal sampling techniques. As an adjutant professor, Dr. Fahimi teaches courses in mathematics and statistics.

Mario Callegaro, Ph.D., Survey Research Scientist, Quantitative Marketing Team, Google, Inc.
Mario Callegaro is survey research scientist at Google, on the quantitative marketing team. He works on web survey design and focuses on customer satisfaction measures. He holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Trento, Italy, and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Survey Research and Methodology from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. Prior to joining Google, Mario worked as survey research scientist for Knowledge Networks, a company managing a probability based online panel representative of the U.S. population. Mario worked on aspects of web survey design, on recruiting households using an Address Based Frame and on research about the digital divide. Mario has published nationally and internationally in the areas of web surveys, telephone and cell phone surveys; polling and exit polls; longitudinal surveys; event history calendar; interviewer effect, and survey quality. He recently submitted six papers to the proceedings of the American Statistical Association Joint Statistical Meeting conference. He is associate editor of Survey Research Methods and reviewer for other survey research oriented journals. Before moving to the U.S., Mario worked for the Department of Sociology and Social Research at the University of Trento, Italy, and collaborated with the university’s CATI lab in hiring and supervising interviewers, designing questionnaires, and programming Computer Assisted telephone Interviews surveys.
